[GRASS-dev] DBMI troubles on Win32

I have tried a GRASS vector map linked to a DFB table.
My test data set also is very small and simple.
I keep running v.info -c on it and after about 10-15 runs it
usually freezes and I have to CTRL+C it.

I will do some more testing using breakpoints to see which
one of the dbmilib functions is causing this.
