[GRASS-dev] GRASS compiles again

Thanks for fixing the SHAPELIB issue Glynn, even if it is a temporary fix.
GRASS now compiles without a problem on OSX 10.4.11 at least.

Also, I tried your makefile, William, and vdigit for wxPython compiles
properly with this also. Thanks.

Finally, I¹ve tested v.surf.rst with the new version I just made from the
SVN trunk today. It works fine on the same files that were giving me a crash
a few weeks ago. I don¹t what has changed, but it works. We can close that
bug report AFAIC.
