[GRASS-dev] default icon set in wxGUI

Needless to say me the same: +1 for silk.

The GRASS icon set would require couple of adjustments in the GUI layout
as it's icons are bigger (e.g. in digitizer half of the tools are not
visible unless you manually extend window width).
