Strange. In my local copy it isn't present.

I also checked the released tarball (xblade14-2 = grass.osgeo.org):

[neteler at xblade14-2 source]$ tar tvfz grass-6.3.0RC4.tar.gz | grep wxgra
[neteler at xblade14-2 source]$

Nothing.
