 Is this an OGR problem, or is this a GRASS issue? It started happening
 recently, but I can
 now reproduce it reliably. I am running GRASS 6.2.3 on Windows Vista
 using all the latest updates
 from Cygwin (v. 1.5.25-7), from the Cygwin/X Project (v. 6.8.99.901-4),
 and from GDAL
 (v. 1.3.1-1).

 Thanks,
 John R.
