[GRASS-dev] grass behavior: pixel value from a different resolution

Hello,

could somebody tell me how GRASS chooses a value when your g.region
settings make you operate at a pixel size larger than the original
data.

i.e. I am working in 250m res but my SRTM original data is 90m.

How GRASS will choose/calculate the value to use?

corollary:
how to export with r.out.gdal an identical map as the one GRASS would
use at 250m.
