[GRASS-dev] Some GRASS 7 doxygen links failing

Hi,

we still have the problem that in
 http://download.osgeo.org/grass/grass7_progman/
two important links fail:

Interfaces
    * GRASS SWIG interface          <--- this
    * GRASS Python scripting library

GUI
    * wxGUI                                     <--- this

Why that? Because the master document is
lib/grasslibs.dox
and both failing directories are one hierarchical level above.

... while "GRASS Python scripting library" is inside the lib/
directory and hence the doxygen referencing system works.

Ideas:
- put the master document into the main directory (or create a new
  one?)
- figure out how to reach directories outside of the
  master document

Since we failed on the second idea so far, what about the first?
I just want to avoid that doxygen cycles through the entire GRASS
tree and takes forever...
