[GRASS-dev] Compile errors - dllmain and fmode - releasebranch_6_4 and develbranch_6

Devs,

Colin tried attached patch and with that DATETIME builds
but then the problem continues for the other libraries.

I am no good at reading Makefiles, help needed.
