[GRASS-dev] running v.surf.rst from GUI

Hello Michael and others,
IMHO -z is the right way to go. It would be nice to open ticket for
such change and list affected modules to remember this idea.
My proposal: add -z == layer=0 to 6.x and replace layer=0 with -z in 7.x
