 self compiled in the osgeo4w-tree, r39740

 opening the table attribute manager and adding a column, a error-message-
 window pops up with following message:

 "Execution failed: 'v.db.addcol.bat.exe.exe map=testpoint at sqlite layer=1
 columns=xkord double precision'

 Details:
 Error: Unable to execute command: 'v.db.addcol.bat.exe.exe
 map=testpoint at sqlite layer=1 columns=xkord double precision'"
