 I think I've got this all fixed now. r39554 is a major enhancement and
 fix. All projection parameters now selectable by user. Summary page shows
 g.proj output after passing PROJ4 parameters or EPSG code through it
 (i.e., what will show up in GRASS in the new location with g.proj -j).
 Note that this is different from the PROJ4 parameters used to create the
 location. Selecting a State Plane projection will bring up a warning box
 instructing user to use EPSG or custom PROJ4 string. Also fixed a number
 of minor and a few major bugs.

 Please test and let me know if it does the trick (or if there are any
 hidden bugs that I missed). If all is well, we can close this ticket and
 port this to trunk and release_branch.
