 In releasebranch_6_4 r39600, I updated RB with all the fixes and
 enhancements of develbranch_6 r39480, r39492, r39554, r39568, r39576,
 r39584, and r39591. These could not be backported because the code was so
 far out of sync between develbranch_6 and releasebranch. Now the location
 wizard works correctly in 6.4 too. If any further fixes are needed,
 backporting with modification should easier now I hope.

 Perhaps we can now close this or change it to enhancements (I hope).
