[GRASS-dev] Official annouce of r.stream... modules

Hi List!

I officially announce new modules for hydrological analysis:

r.stream.order - for strahler, horton etc. stream order analysis
r.stream.basins - for delineate basins according different stream file 
(more advanced than r.water.outlet)
r.stream.distance - for calculating distance to and elevations above 
streams and outlets
r.stream.stats - for calculate hortonian statistics

Modules work both on planimetric and LL locations. Thier only limitation 
is lack of support of massive grids. But for computers with 2GB RAM
there should be no problems with datasets up to 10M cells

I think that modules meets all requirements from rfc2 so please add them 
to grass addons database.
I tested modules before submit but if someone find some errors or bugs 
please let me know.
