[GRASS-dev] wxGUI GRASS6.4.2 on-line manual missing icons

When checking the links in the course material I found that the GRASS6.4 on-line wxGUI manual
is missing icon images 

http://grass.osgeo.org/grass64/manuals/html64_user/wxGUI.html

The requested URL 
/grass64/manuals/html64_user/icons/monitor-create.png was not found on this server.

It looks like GRASS64 has still the 3 sets of icons so there is a directory for the particular set missing in the path -
it looks like the link should include grass2 in the path, for example, 
/grass64/manuals/html64_user/icons/grass2/monitor-create.png

I am not sure where is the correct place to fix this, the Help pages in the release have the icons
