[GRASS-dev] g.mremove: adding 'map name exclusion pattern' option

I'm always very confused when switching between g.mlist and g.mremove. The
parameters are almost the same, yet different.

g.mlist type=rast pattern="tmp_*"

g.mremove rast="tmp_*"
