[GRASS-dev] v.what.rast and v.rast.stats column exists

Hi all,

I changed in trunk `v.what.rast` in the sense that if a specified
column doesn't exist than the module will create it automatically and
uploads values [1]. If the column exists than the values are
overwritten (same behaviour as before this modification). This is
different behaviour compared to `v.rast.stats` which finishes with
error if column(s) are existing. The user needs to force procedure
with `-c` flag to overwrite existing value. I would like to
synchronize these two modules for user POV logic. But it would break
current behaviour of `v.what.rast` (when introducing a `-c` flag) and
probably breaks existing user scripts. Any option about that?

Thanks, Martin
