[GRASS-dev] problem installing wx.metadata from g.extension

Figured out I missed dependency python-reportlab. Not sure it's written
anywhere in https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/ISO/INSPIRE_Metadata_Support ,
I'm updating now the wiki page.
