[GRASS-dev] broken winGRASS

winGRASS seems to be still broken. 

the last 7.2/7.3 64bit error log is from end of August (see above and 
https://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass73/x86_64/logs/log-r69289-73/error.log)

there is neither 32bit/64bit standalone 7.2/7.3 nor osgeo4w winGRASS
binaries available in the last days.

Any ideas?
