 Yes, I would expect that. As I mentioned before, everywhere in t.* modules
 where we use gisenv() we need to run encode, otherwise unicode gets in the
 temporal library and results in these errors. I didn't have problems today
 when I tested it, not sure why but before it was needed. I don't have a
 diff for it right now.
