 Currently, ``r.timestamp`` does not understand combined date and time
 expressions, for example in UTC, such as:

 - 2017-06-28T15:10:33+00:00
 - 2017-06-28T15:10:33Z
 - 20170628T151033Z

 Support for such would make it easier, for example, to use date and time
 expressions from Landsat metadata files.
