- g.extension: better handle request exceptions for l flag
- scripts/g.extension: make GitHub REST API server rate limit error
message more verbose
- wxGUI/mapwin: disable auto-rendering map completely (resize Map
Display window event etc.)
- python/grass/script/utils.py: split the command string using
shell-like syntax on the win32 platform same as on POSIX-compliant
platforms
(- OSGeo4W workflow: switch to OSGeo4W v2)

I would like to prepare 8.0.2RC1 in the next day(s).
