I moved anything inactive for more than two weeks to 8.0.2 (both issues and
PRs). I don't think we need to have any discussion to do that.

I also moved to 8.0.2 any PRs with a missing review. 1 PR by MarkusM didn't
have the backport label and looked like material for a future minor release
(moved to 8.2). No PRs remain.

3 issues related to Windows remain (generally, unresolved issues without
blocker label should be moved before release, but perhaps some of these are
solved since there is activity today?).
