I think it was two different things. The 7.8 branch info for Zenodo is just
picked from GitHub metadata, while 8.2 and 8.3 are using the CFF file.
Between the latest 8.2 and 8.3.0, Zenodo also happened to change how a
non-conformat license entry is handled.
