[GRASS-dev] winGRASS compilation: configure: error: *** Unable to locate bzlib library.

anyone out there who is actually compile GRASS on windows? ;-)

following the instructions here: https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/wiki/CompileOnWindows

I get this error message:

checking whether to use bzlib... "yes"
checking for location of bzlib includes...
checking bzlib.h usability... yes
checking bzlib.h presence... yes
checking for bzlib.h... yes
checking for location of bzlib library...
checking for BZ2_bzBuffToBuffCompress in -lbz2... no
configure: error: *** Unable to locate bzlib library.

in the MSYS2 build environment I do installing:

pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-bzip2

though I get this error message above.

any idea?
