message, but have you tried the non-cygwin windows version? It&#8217;s still
beta, but is pretty close. You can get it at <a
href="http://moritz.homelinux.org/grass/wingrass/">http://moritz.homelinux.org/grass/wingrass/</a>.
Another alternative is qgis, which has its own gui frontend but runs grass
commands. That&#8217;s available from <a
href="http://qgis.org/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=65&amp;Itemid=71">http://qgis.org/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=65&amp;Itemid=71</a>.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

I'm having issues installing GRASS on cygwin running on Windows.<br>
I execute the configure script below successfully and with no errors.<br>
