[GRASS-PSC] GRASS-promo acces request

Dear PSC,

I would like to apply for write access to the GRASS-promo repository.

I want to wake up GRASS Promotion Team and keep GRASS promotional
materials up to date.
For example GRASS poster needs to be updated after last 6.4.0 release
(as after every stable version) and there is no point to send this
large file to one of the developers by mail, for every language it was
translated to.

I read and accept the RFC2.
