I stand corrected: 1300 Euro it is plus some money to fix
GRASS modules for direct support, donated by a company.

Furthermore I have submitted today a request for support to FOSSGIS.de:

Perhaps there is a chance... In any case, to obtain some donations
especially from companies would be great.

Then we could offer even travel grants: the remaining money could
be assigned as percentage of the participant's travel costs.
