No. Only one PSC member is necessary:

"Access does not require the full vote of the GRASS-PSC, just the
support of one mentor and adherence to our "RFC2" document"

So Andrea, welcome in the group of GRASS-GIS add-on developers :)

Probably Martin L. or anybody else responsible will/should provide you
writing-access to the add-on repository.
