[GRASS-PSC] Fwd: [GSoC 2021 - Urgent] Feedback Required Regarding Disbursal of GSoC Org Payments/Mentor Stipend to the Mentors

Hi everyone,

I also like Helena's suggestion. The money should go to main mentors, they
invest a lot of time. Then, they can decide what to use that money for,
i.e., collaborative development activities, incentive or further
participation of the students after GSoC as Stefan suggested, leave the
money in GRASS GIS bucket or keep the money for themselves.

Cheers,
Vero
