[GRASS-PSC] Fwd: Re: [OSGeo-Discuss] OSGeo Budget 2021

I think Angelos misinterpreted what was in the GRASS wiki budget - it was a little bit confusing, but we did not go into details 
for each project so I did not get a chance to explain. I can fix it.
