<br>&gt; cor(map1,map2)<br>Error: is.atomic(y) is not TRUE<br><br>What is my mistake? I can&#39; make cor() with SpatialGridDataFrame?<br>Can I make it with several maps at once?<br><br>BTW, the maps have the same size, resolution, etc.
