[GRASS translations] make pot

Hi, community!

When I run $make pot I get
$ make pot
../include/Make/Module.make:4: ../include/Make/Platform.make: No such 
file or directory
../include/Make/Module.make:5: ../include/Make/Grass.make: No such file 
or directory
../include/Make/Module.make:34: warning: overriding commands for target `/'
../include/Make/Module.make:29: warning: ignoring old commands for 
target `/'
make: *** No rule to make target `../include/Make/Grass.make'.  Stop.

I think that ./configure should be run before, isn't it?
