[GRASS translations] Issues with font rendering in tkgrass

Paulo,

About the ã and õ, I once heard it's an UBUNTU problem with freetype
fonts, not sure if that's the case.

As for the translations, I have to disagree with some of the
sentences. For instance, the screen is not asking for the user to
select a projection ("projeção") but a PROJECT ("projeto") so I would
translate it to:

"Selecione a locação e o mapset de um projeto existente ou defina uma
nova locação"

On the bottom right box where GRASS says Project location
(projection/coordinate system) you also mixed Project with Projection.
