[GRASS-translations] charset in KDE program lokalize

Hi GRASS-Translators,

does anybody use the KDE program lokalize? 
Its supposed to be the replacement of kbabel. In kbabel I was able to set the 
charset/encoding of the translated po-file to what ever needed. For the German 
grass version it was decided to be ISO-8859-15. lokalize always sets the po 
files to the charset of my system being utf-8.

Does anybody know how to make lokalize keep the po in ISO-8859-15?
