[GRASS-translations] Fwd: Spanish translation

Thanks Enrique, I meant localidad as a synonym of place (
http://lema.rae.es/drae/?val=localidad), more than as municipality or
village, but as you pointed it could be -wrongly- interpreted in that way.


...so, after I translate a part, what should I do?
