Just a wild holiday thought! Can it be that somebody tied it to the way most computer graphics are oriented? The positive x-axis is normally 0.0 degrees, the positive y-axis 90.0 degrees, the negative x-axis 180.0 and the negative y-axis 270.0. ;-) virginia
