A draft version (not yet complete) of the GRASS4.0 programmer's manual is available on our ftp site (moon.cecer.army.mil) under doc/4.0.progman. Follow directions provided in the README file in that directory for transferring via ftp and unpacking. The result will give you postscript files for printing. Marji Larson
