The GRASS-MAPGEN Interface Users Guide can be obtained through the GRASS 
Information Center at CERL.  

I compiled the GRASS4.0 MAPGEN stuff (specifying a postscript driver - ps).  
Scott Wade (at CERL) tested this driver out for me and said that it plotted,
only in black and white.  I would like to know if anyone has written
a color postscript driver for MAPGEN.
