This has probably come up before, but does anyone out there know of a source for an explanation of the .dbx format that GRASS expects to see when parsing a .dbx file with v.in.dbx? Also, not to knock the GRASS digitizing routine, but has anyone considered writing code to convert a ROOTS binary file to GRASS - within GRASS? Doug Hersh hersh at lupine.mbl.edu
