Not to my knowledge. If you know about Bayesian statistics the example
scripts (included in the source code) speak for themselves. I guess
you still have to figure out the syntax. The following provides i.a. a
good introduction:

	Judea Pearl, (1988): Probabilistic Reasoning in Intelligent
	Systems: Networks of Plausible Inference. Morgan Kaufman Inc.

If your interested in an earth science application (hydrology) of
r.binfer, I can send you a paper I wrote.

BTW Does anyone know if r.binfer shipped with 4.1 actually works? I'm
still using the one I debugged for 4.0 Beta. Sent tons of fixes to CERL
at that time, but they weren't included in 4.0 so I didn't bother to
check the source of 4.1.
