digital data availability?

Hi all,

I'm having a little trouble tracking down the following digital data layers:

urban areas
hospitals/sanitariums
parks and recreation areas
schools
wildlife refuges
protected species areas
native american indian reservations
wilderness areas

These layers are required on a U.S. wide basis....so the corresponding scale
must be small - in the order of 1:100000 to 1:2000000. ALso, digital format,
not hardcopy is prefered (GRASS/ARC/AUTOCAD/whatever).

TIGER/LINE has provided some data. I've been through the Federal Data Handbook
and found scattered coverage of a few items. Does anybody have any ideas/
contacts??
