v.extract

          Hello,

          I am interested in a program which is in the contrib portion
          of the GRASS distribution called 'v.extract'.  It doesn't
          appear to be on our machine in either executable format or
          source code.  Could someone please let me know the address
          of the GRASS ftp site or some other ftp site where I could
          retrieve this program?
