Compiling GRASS4.1.5 on Redhat 4.0 (Linuc 2.0.18)

Henry,
I just re-compiled GRASS 4.15 with Linux kernel 2.0.27 using ncruses.  The
one available on moon is with kernel 1.2.13 using curses.  I still need to clean
it up and compile other add-on commands from the outgoing directory.  It will
take another week.  If anyone want to compile GRASS on Linux with kernel 2.0.x
and ncurses, I can send my fixes and how to compile it to the moon.
