Help :How to fill in false pits and depressions

Dear Grass Users,

With reference to this, has anybody tried to compile this file successfully.
I have been trying to compile it, but with no success. Pls inform me, if 
someone does.
What is the 'mp.h' header file in the Gmakefile for?
