Cant execute d.mon

Anna,

Check to see if the files /dev/x0.a and /dev/x0.b exist.  If they don't,
create them (as root) with the command "mknod /dev/x0.a p". Repeat that 
command for x0.b.  Change their permissions to -rw-rw-rw- (or 666) and
try running d.mon again.
