GRASS mirror in Kiel back again

Hi there,

the GRASS site in Kiel (ftp://ftp.informatik.uni-kiel.de/pub/packages/grass)
is up again, with some changes:
After a complete loss of data due to a disk crash, I haven't got the time
to reconstruct the original data (sources were bundled by directories rather
than by megabyte, there was a subject listing of mailing list archives, and
I had some additional documentation).

Now, Kiel is a direct (and automatic, i.e. fairly current) mirror of the
moon with two exception: The directories
./outgoing/Grass_compile and
./grass4.1/release/binary
(about 450 MB of binaries altogether) are not mirrored. This is mainly
due to space restrictions (currently, our ftp disk has about 300 MB
of free space).
