7.5-minute DEM (SDTS format)

   On the USGS Web site there is a program called sdts2dem.exe, which 
   converts SDTS-format DEMs to standard DEM format. It's a Windows program. 
   I can forward it to you if you can't find it.

Is there source code, also?  I run Unix.  More direct pointers (e.g.,
URLs) would help, too, since I can't seem to find what you are
referring to.
