LTPlus-raster input

Hi all,
How is the best way to put scaned raster data to LTPLus. 
I have a tiff file and find no way to convert it to the supported 
import formats.

Further question:  how to put GRASS-Raster Data to LTPlus?

B.t.w. has someone a short tutorial for LTPlus? I don't be really 
happy with the whole documentation...
