Compiling Grass 5 beta2 on RedHat6.0

Hi

I installed the binary beta1 package OK, and seem to have lost the
tarball. I have managed to download the beta2 sources, but am struggling
to get the binaries downloaded. Our connections in South Africa often
leave a lot to be desired. On a first attempt at installing, I get the
following error:

How do I get around this?
