NVIZ Scale, Labels & Ruler?

Hi,

will I was tracking some NVIZ bugs, some times ago,
I did a "full checck" of the code.

The ruler, scales,  etc.. in NVIZ are all empty
commands.

These commands do work in the SG3D Motif app.
